Ajay Binay Degee College

Ajay Binay Degree College was established in 2017 and is a part of ABIT Group of Institutions. It offers Undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) and B.Sc in Information & Technology (ITM) approved by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha and affiliated to Utkal University. These programs provide a strong foundation and excellent career prospects for aspiring young professionals in their respective fields.

The college provides a vibrant learning environment supported by excellent infrastructure including a well-stocked library, advanced laboratories, auditorium, sports facilities, hostels, transportation, and student support services. Through internships, seminars, workshops, entrepreneurship programmes, placement assistance, and community engagement activities, we encourage holistic development and career readiness among students.

Training & Placement Cell – Overview

Training & Placement has an important role to play in a student’s future and is an indispensable pillar of the Institute. This cell continuously strives to help students in pursuing their career goals by acquiring employment-seeking skills and ultimately to attain desired employment. This is accomplished through building a strong partnership amongst students, alumni, faculty-members and industries.

At ABDC we try to give each program equal opportunity to make a growth in the students’ careers through training & placement. Towards this, a Training and Placement Cell has been established with the following major objectives in order to assist students to develop their academic and career interests, and help them in achieving their short-term and long-term goals. It provides personal and career-oriented support to its students. The main motive is to enable students to effectively cope up with academics at college and for successful careers after graduation. Apart from the training provided in course of the regular curriculum, the college also provides extensive training programs like Communication Development, Pre-Placement Training & Soft Skills Training in the 2nd and 3rd year of undergraduate and 1st and 2nd year of post graduate programs.
